We hear so much bad press about GP practices but I cannot fault the Galletly. You can always get seen on the day. The receptionists are always lovely as well as the pharmacists. Every time I’ve seen a doctor or nurse I’ve felt looked after as well as my children - even one time a nurse called me up to see how I was later that day! This practice has done a lot for me and I’m forever great full for being a patient there.

I have always received excellent service, l’ve found team members to be personable, reassuring and professional either on the phone or in person. Everything was explained and any questions l had were answered, all done in a welcoming and relaxed manner (putting me at ease).

Just had a problem with self check in but then approached receptionist to deal with the issue

The Practice is excellent. Definitely put the patient first. Always very thorough. Appointments and referrals brilliant.

Telephone consult with Dr little and within half an hour I was at the surgery speaking with Clare who took the time to listen.

I was seen today by clare it is the second time I have seen clare the first time in august 2022, in my first appointment with her she made me feel at ease and told me things about my medication I had never been told before, she acted so quickly and professionally to my illness and helped me feel at ease, I had another visit today with clare for the same symptoms I was displaying before and straight away she called me by my name and remembered everything from my last visit, amd straight away reassured me that she would help me and get me what I needed, thia lady truly needs to he recognised for her manner her professionalism her approach for her absolute everything, well done clare you are amazing and a credit to the galletly practice, there is always so many negative responses to the services provided but very seldom do people take the time to say...... do you know what you have done and amazing job and also the rest of the whole team at the galletly practice bourne 100000000000 % thankyou
